CivilSurvey Expert user guide¶

CivilSurvey Expert turns your survey readings into cross sections, long sections, volume abstracts and contour plans. This guide shows you how, one job at a time.

Every page uses one of the sample projects that come with the program, so you can follow along on your own PC. Open them from the Start page: under Open a sample project the first time, or with the Sample projects button once you have projects of your own.

Start here¶

Quick Start: open the Two-Lane Highway sample, review its cross sections, print them to PDF and get the volume abstract. About 10 minutes.
